Social Skills Being Learned

  • Self-Awareness: Engaging in yoga, art, writing, crocheting, and nature walks to deepen self-awareness of emotions, needs, and boundaries for effective self-care practices.
  • Setting Boundaries: Utilizing activities such as yoga and nature walks to establish and communicate personal boundaries, promoting mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
  • Stress Management: Participating in relaxation through yoga, creative expression in art and writing, and mindfulness in nature walks to manage stress and enhance overall mental wellness.
  • Self-Compassion: Nurturing self-compassion through art, writing, and yoga practices, fostering kindness and understanding towards oneself for a positive self-image.
  • Building Support Networks: Connecting with others through shared activities like crocheting, nature walks, and art to create a supportive community for mutual care and understanding.
