We are looking to add to our inclusive team for our community. Empower Therapy Counseling Center is seeking LPC-Associates to join our team. The successful candidate will provide counseling, therapy, and mental health services to individuals, couples, families and groups. The therapist will work collaboratively with clients to identify and address personal, emotional, and psychological issues that may be impacting their well-being and relationships.

Empower Therapy is located in Round Rock, Texas. Established in 2012, Empower is committed to the overall care of people diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder*. To enrich the ABA experience, Empower also offers Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, ABA, and Peer Social Groups.

Our Counseling Center provides therapeutic support utilizing a variety of methods to serve the needs of the community with a special and unique focus on Autism Spectrum Disorder. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct initial assessments and evaluations of clients to determine their mental health needs and develop treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and circumstances.
  2. Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to clients in a safe, supportive, and confidential environment.
  3. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions to help clients manage their emotional and psychological challenges, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues.
  4. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure positive outcomes.
  5. Maintain accurate and complete client records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  6. Collaborate with other mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to provide comprehensive care to clients.
  7. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay up to date on best practices, trends, and emerging research in the field of mental health.
Qualifications:
  1. Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  2. Have a Texas State licensure of LPC-A
  3. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions.
  4. Ability to establish rapport with clients, empathize with their experiences, and build trusting relationships.
  5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  6. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  7. Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning
Pay: Based on Experience- Range from $48,0000-56,000
Positions Open:

Round Rock Campus, In Person

Full Time: Salaried position with 40 hours per week (5-day schedule Monday-Saturday), billable hours of 25-30 per week.

Part-Time: Evenings and Weekends PRN hourly rate.

Counselor - LPC LMFT LCDC LSW

Location : USA

Duties and Responsibilities Diagnosing client mental and emotional disorders Counseling individual clients, with the possibility of adding couples, families, and children, dependent on the applicant’s area of experience and expertise Evaluating clients through conversations, interviews, and observations to determine referrals needed Developing and implementing a treatment plan that may include counseling, medication, or other services

OT - Occupational Therapist / COTA

ABA Therapist / RBT

Empower Therapy is looking for people who have a passion for working with children. We have full-time and part-time positions for ABA behavior therapists to work directly with children diagnosed with autism. Under the direction of BCBAs, therapists will be teaching various skills like play skills, social skills, and communication skills. Have a passion but don’t have experience? We will provide training. BCBA/BCaBA - Part Time/Full Time

Empower Therapy is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts / Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts to provide behavioral services. Responsibilities for the successful candidate include providing direct 1:1 ABA, conducting functional assessments, behavior support plan development and monitoring. Other responsibilities will also include: setting up and monitoring ABA programs; supervising and training ABA therapist; conducting assessments; problem-solving; collecting data and writing reports. Looking for a new/experienced SLP / Speech Pathology Assistant to work part to full-time in a fast-paced, outpatient pediatric clinic Round Rock, Cedar Park, George Town, Austin - Texas. Responsibilities include working with children according to treatment plans established by CCC/SLP; documentation of sessions using electronic medical records (EMR); and participation in meetings regarding clients and their treatment plans.
